Hi, I’m Tamara Jayne!
I’m a qualified clinical nutritionist, a mum, a dog lover, and a lifelong learner with a passion for all things food. My journey into becoming a nutritionist started when I was 27 when I jumped into a Bachelor of Health Science—because, let’s be honest, I’ve always been fascinated by how food fuels and heals our bodies.
When I’m not helping clients feel their best, you’ll find me with my daughter, my partner, and our two dogs (one’s mine, one’s his—but they both think they run the house!). I love spending time in nature, travelling, and getting lost in a good book. I’m always learning something new, especially when it comes to nutrition.
I believe in practical, everyday nutrition—no fads, no extremes, just real food and real-life balance. Whether you're looking for guidance, support, or just some no-nonsense nutrition advice, I’m here to help!
